Tincture-Elderberry

This is an immune boosting combination with every ingredient. This tincture is based with apple cider vinegar steeped with elderberries, ginger, lemon, cinnamon and turmeric and sweetened with local Indiana wild flower honey.

This bottle is 5 ounces. Serving suggestion: 3-5 mL per day, increased by 2-4 mL, when feeling ill. (1 tsp is 5 mL) Take it as a shot or mix it with a couple of ounces of juice or water. Should last at least 30 days, depending on decided dosage.
